Godly behavior
I have met and become friends with a large number of people, of a wide variety of beliefs. I have found some awesome people who don't believe in God; I have found some awesome people who believe firmly in God. I have also found that belief in God is not a guarantee of anything in behavior. What I have found most differentiates between godly, i.e. good, behavior, and ungodly behavior, is the use of force. God only uses force as a last resort, after giving every opportunity to repent and turn to Him. We are not so perfect. We try to force each other to conform to our own ideas of what should happen. What we should do instead, and what God also does, is be the best example we can be, and try to persuade. There are times for appropriate use of force; we are not commanded to lie down and be doormats. But we can and should be patient and try to understand each other, without insisting on agreement.
