A groan emitted from Kiara's throat at the sound of John B's voice as he crept behind her. "Dammit, JB. You should have a bell around your neck or something," she answered glibly. The brunette knew that he wouldn't forget her promise. Her eyes closed briefly, as she tried to find the words to say. "Almost...not yet. I still have what? A few more days to work up the courage," she murmured with a shrug of her shoulders. "I wish I had the power to wipe your memory or something," she added jovially with a fake smile.

Sarah's seen a lot of trippy shit over the last few years. Been through things that have made her head spin. She's seen people come back from the dead before, but those people were manipulative and/or had a few tricks up their sleeves, they had plans to fulfill.

And she certainly never received a text from those people, weeks after they died. It definitely puts a stop to her scrolling as she looks through possible crib options.

She's pretty sure the phone company hasn't given JJ's number away yet. Even though Kie hasn't said anything about it, Sarah's pretty sure she's been paying the bill to keep JJ's line active. And it's not like Kie would just send this from JJ's phone. They live together, if she misses her she can just leave her bedroom.

There's something weird about this. And she's gonna figure out what it is.
