Excitingly, our video game Solace State is featured on Kotaku's 30 Indie Games You Should Know About Releasing In 2023! "Do you like to get introspective with narrative adventure games that ask you big, life-changing questions...?" asks the article.

By the way, I took some time off during the holidays and into the New Year because early December was incredibly rough on my health. It was sorely needed! I feel like only this weekend do I find myself tackling my gamedev work with smiles & good energy again

Check out UpRooted's Demo!!

I haven't posted art in a while 😂😂 But one thing I have been working on is leading a game called UpRooted!! Its demo was released last week!

UpRooted is a 2.5d action-adventure featuring a mage and a paladin fighting to hack a virus corrupting a forest. Play as two and fight as one stunning as a mage and slashing as a paladin. The forest may be wilting, but at least you're not in this alone.

Our demo is in a pre-alpha state, meaning this is just a slice of our intended vision, and there are lil bugs squirming around our dear code. UpRooted is in active development, and we plan to squash those pests! Along with bug fixing, our future focuses will be wired towards polishing our buddy and enemy AI, adding save systems, dialogue systems, new levels, creatures, powers, puzzles, and more! This demo is only the start of the story we want to tell. So check us out if you want to hear more!!
