Today has been grey, cold and glum. The type of day where tea and toast is a must, and outside fills you with zero desire. Having eaten way too much toast I needed a non-food replacement for the buttered goodnes. Up steps Rosalind Leyden A.K.A. Rozi Plain.
Her soon to be released Joined Sometimes Unjoined seemed to fit this strange time of year we find ourselves in. The time where summer is gone, autumn has snuck up and woollen jumpers need airing. Thats what this album feels like to me, the end of one thing but the beginning of another. That and a piece of warm buttered toast.
A really great, mellow and beautiful album from Rozi.
Currently on tour as well! Someone else I should really go and see live.
