Mae govannen. Thank you very much! Your own hair is very nice too
“Thank you, though it lacks the uniqueness of yours. My hair is alike to my father’s and his father’s, while yours barely resembles anyones. I have only heard of the certain Noldor with such copper hair. And there is our captain of the guard, Tauriel, her tresses of a similiar sunset shade.”
askfeanor said: //PFFFFFFFFF! XDDD Side-eyeing pastries since before the First Age.
//Is this another thing to add to the next Silmarillion Olympics? "Side-eyeing pastries"? I'll put it on the list.
doegred-main said: //Maedhros, at least didn’t tested on people! XD In a while all animals in a two kilomeres radius around his room are going to be spoiled rotten…
//Spoiled rotten or pooping some seriously stinky messes from all the sweets. Or both. A moment to be thankful Huan isn't around to leave messes, too.
ask-rossiel said: *will happily supply honey-cakes for the cause*
//Good, because Ossë cannot bake at all.
unknown-feanoriel said: // Aira doesn’t! (But then again she’s not really a Fëanorian)
//See, then, this is the new test. "How to Know If You Are Speaking with a Fëanorian: Offer pastries. If they side-eye and offer them back, you've got a real, pre-first age nutcase. Otherwise, just offspring of offspring.
What's this about copper hair?
“Suildad. I was praising copper hair, such as yours. I find it to be stunning.”
Amrod or Amras?
« I already answered and my choice was Amras. Not because I love Amrod less. The reason is different. »
Something Unexpected
It had come as a surprise to him, release from the Halls of Mandos, and now he was left unsure of what to do. Maeglin had fully expected to be locked away for far longer, uncomfortable and lamenting in his own misery and regret. But this wasn’t so, it seemed. The only thing he could think of to do was return ‘home,’ as it were, and was steadily making his way east, across Aman, in hopes of catching a ship at the coast to take him across the sea.
It had been a few days already, making his way slowly across the land and doing his uttermost best to avoid the local population. He kept north of Valmar and well past the Two Trees, dead on their hill, and continued eastward through the wilderness around Valinor. He’d soon come to Tirion, needing to pass the city to get to the eastern shore, but for now he chose to linger well beyond Túna, wandering the fields and enjoying the wide open space.
It was here that he paused, sitting in the grass and watching the vegetation shift and sway in the gentle breeze. It was beautiful, really, and it almost made him reconsider his choice to head east. But no, he had things to do across the sea.
For now, however, he was content to enjoy this quiet moment.
unknown-feanoriel replied to your post: Letter: My muse leaves yours a parting letter of goodbye. (Because I want some angst. As if there wasn’t enough angst in this fandom)
//THIS WAS NOT NECESSARY *Dies of feels* I HOPE YOU’RE HAPPY NOW
((I was asked for angst. *innocent smile*))
Victory //Because we totally haven't talked in a while
A broad smile crossed Míriel’s face, and she grinned at the young elleth near her. ”Very good,” she applauded laughingly at Airaiel’s smile of victory. ”We won this round of the game—on to the next, hmm?”
