Miraculous Ladybug Mobile

I completed the 80th - and currently final - level in the Miraculous Ladybug mobile game (and every level has 3 stars) months ago. With no new content for me, I hid the game in a rarely visited screen on my phone (along with apps my mom had me download like Marco Polo because she actually knows how to use that).

Fast forward to today when, for S&G, I brought the game up to see if there had been updates. I was pleasantly greeted by this loading screen.

VIPERION! YAY! 

I instantly went to the in-game store and spent my ladybugs to unlock Luka/Viperion. Alix/Bunnix is also available, but right now you can only unlock her if you pay for the subscription to the game, and I don’t like it enough to pay a subscription in order to unlock her and more levels. I’ll wait to see if Bunnix gets unlocked for free-players in a few months.

In the meantime....

Oh My,...it hasn't even been a day yet and I already unlocked him! What am I going to do in the next few days of the event? And to think Jesse wasn't one of my favourite characters in the series. Like Yubel, I hated him. His Rainbow Dragon is fine though...

Wait, what? What's this? ANOTHER character for Go! Go! Hypergrind: Take Two!? Why yes, yes it is- a completely new one, at that! Meet Liz, a komodo dragon ex-skater! Liz is unique for this cast for a couple of reasons- first of all, she's actually an NPC. She's the clerk at the Skate Shop, which is the place where you can spend your money to buy parts to upgrade your skateboard to give it better stats. Her interactions with you, the player, will differ depending on which of the ten contestants was the last one you used, so she treats everyone differently (friendly with Ruth, not-so-friendly with Candy and Cotton, weirded out by Mariana, and very flirty with Andy, for example). However, Liz is actually a secret unlockable character, though getting to her isn't easy. To unlock Liz, you need to beat Story Mode with ALL ten contestants, that means you need to end up in 1st place at the end of the eleven courses: 1. Toon City Mall 2. Gemstone Valley 3. Mangle Jungle 4. Quicksand Park 5. Neon Twin Bridges 6. Abandoned Hospital 7. Wonder Falls 8. Decker Stadium 9. Hellfire Peaks 10. X-Treme X-Mas X-ings 11. Good Luck Casino THEN you can play as Liz. Despite her frame, Liz is one of the most balanced characters in the game, and all of her stats vary from being above average, to really good, so she's worth going through the trouble for, because the game isn't quite over yet...  Enjoy, y'all~ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go! To unlock the hidden skeleton character (sometimes referred to as the skeleton sheriff or skeleton boss) in Spin Jam for the PlayStation 1, you will need to complete the game's Story Mode. [1]

The game’s hidden characters—including the skeleton—are rewarded for playing through and beating specific character campaigns. [1]

The most surefire way to unlock him is to choose any character and successfully beat Story Mode on your chosen difficulty level. Doing so will trigger the ending slideshow where the skeleton sheriff makes an appearance, officially unlocking him for you to use in future matches. [1, 2]

“Guess what, Niv?! We all fucking lived, now gimme my Gil!” Gabriel hoisted himself out of the bed of the still moving truck, covered in dirt and blood, but with a stupid grin plastered to his face. His boots hit the ground with a muffled thud, adding to the dust the truck had already kicked up. The massive crossbow slung over his shoulder equally battered as its weilder.

“I said I’d send money to your sister if you died, not give it to you if you lived, dumbass!” Gabriel ducked low at the last second, avoiding what looked like a empty bottle of some kind. “Besides, we’ve got company. For some reason, the king has decided to grace us with some kind of presence. Apparently us hunters aren’t enough anymore, so he’s sent the Kingsglaive.”

Gabriel just blinked at the old woman, rubbing his hand over his face in a sudden rush of exhaustion. He wanted to shave, shower, get a drink, and avoid any kind of person wearing a uniform. Issabelle would’ve told him if she had been deployed, so he saw no reason to buddy up to them if his sister wasn’t around.

“Just stay with Soliel till she closes up the bar, would you? I don’t want anyone’s hands on her, ya hear me? They touch my granddaughter-“

“I put an arrow through their skull, yeah, yeah, don’t worry Niv.” Gabriel waved his hand dismissively. He’d get a hot shower out of the deal anyways. Maybe, if the male glaives were half as nice as Izzy had described them as, he might even have some company for the night.
