First day of progressive unlockdown!
During the lockdown, we could go for a walk, but no more than 1km from our home and no more than 1 hour. I choosed not to use this option because it would have been too frustrating and a source of nostalgia.
So my exercice was stationnary bike every day until this morning: I went for a walk! During a little bit more than 1 hour and at few kilometers from my home!
The weather was windy and rainy but it wasn’t a problem for me, and it discouraged people to go outside, so the streets wwere quiet and no problem for the social distancing.
I thought I would be breathless or have some pain in the legs, and my mother warned me about dizziness, but nothing at all, it's like I've never stop walking everyday!
Anyway, I'm happy of this walk, it's a relief to enjoy walking and being outside again. I hope it will last!
