Tatts... Yay or Nay?

I'm still working on my unnamed sim. 😅 He's been a challenge for me since he's a bit more masculine than my usual sims and think that I'm finally happy with his overall appearance. Although his face still might be a bit 'too pretty' still, but I really can't decide if he should have tatts or not?
