Nightmare does have a collection of whites, Garmadon. Not that you know of that... Not yet, anyways.

Interesting. Rex’s reputation preceded him. And it was even causing kids he didn’t know to be suspicious of him. He could live with that, he guessed. “Kid, anything I was gonna do wouldn’t have affected you directly.” 

He had to remind himself that he was still new to Ninjago City. This was a far different place than what he was used to. Getting his butt kicked by ninjas wasn’t something he wanted right now, so he’d have to keep a lower profile to make sure he was left alone. “I’m just here ta sightsee for now. I probably shouldn’t have worded things the way I did.” He was trying desperately to save face at this point. it probably wouldn’t work, though.

Nightmare scowls at the snide ‘compliment’. He can half tolerate it because it’s sarcastic, but the other evil half of him tells him he doesn’t want the word ‘cute’ being thrown at him in any conversation regardless of context.

Nightmare snorts like some bull. He tries to think of what exactly to say in response to that other than to just sit here and not move. It would surely prove that he wasn’t getting up unless he was forced to, plus it would allign nicely with Garmadon’s perception of Nightmare as this big cat.

Nightmare was fine with that, to be honest. He stretched out the best he could with a lack of a body.

“I like your base and the things it provides, but if my limited tolerance is going to drop if you test me. Some people would kill to watch me hog up space in their house, you know.”

“Yess.. Very good taste.” Nightmare licks his chops. 

Man, it’s nice to get some fresh fear, and oh boy this dude was just so, so.. What’s the word? Completely inconspicuous about showing it. It was a complete non-challenge.. How charming.

“As a fellow ‘gamer’," how does Nightmare know this? Well, let’s just say it’s not important because I think it’s funny, “I think you shouldn’t like girls or women. I don’t know how old you are, but you shouldn’t like either. To become a real gamer, you have to cast aside all women.”

Nightmare might as well be the ghost of gamer future if he keeps talking like this.
