It kinda feels really unprofessional to me for the lead to be shitting on the finale and the writer like this before it even airs. Obviously getting a big dig in at the Soldier Boy storyline.

Isn't this Karl's first big role where he's starring and/or not playing a character someone far more famous has already established? Obviously he mostly works in adaptations anyway so characters are never "his". Maybe he's not leading man material the way Ant is. He turned his character into a shitty parody by completely dialing it in and only having one way of delivering all his lines *head tilt sneer identical cadence and swearing*. Kimiko was right. He's just been "oi oi oi cunt cunt cunt" all season.

Also...mate you were literally a producer since S3. You had some influence. Or was that just a vanity title so you could milk more money from it but not do any extra work? In which case, it's still on you. Lazy git 🤷‍♀️

idk if u know abt this but I guess u do since u know a lotta stuff... so ive been down the tumblr rabbit hole of j2 and spn history, and this was i guess 2018 or 2019. i dont recall, but i think around s13-14

and saw a post about someone called Natalie Fischer who apparently was close to someone on the spn writing team or something,and hated on jared , destiel shipper, called Jensen homophobe, etc etc, and sent a bunch of borderline harassing messages to some other film critic called sheila talking abt jareds mental health,and basically blaming that for the shows drop in quality and stuff.

And i was pretty surprised that people in the media are so openly hostile and hateful.. it really was a shock. You recently posted about sam Highfield too... are there any others like them? Has this Natalie person continued their toxicity? i just feel so terrible to read those hateful messages to jared from old social media posts and just.. felt so bad for him... God,i wish people would be kinder because i cant imagine how anyone would feel to read such nasty things addressed at them and their family. More so when its someone from media that is pushing an agenda....

Don't worry anon, I got it. Yes, there are a few other unprofessionals which shouldn't have been allowed anywhere near shows/celebrities bc they are first and foremost toxic fangirls. Meredith Glynn is a heller who made it to the writers room, for example.

And then there's another "journalist" (fuck, I can't remember her name in the moment) which made it into fandom lore for being a red flag. Aaahh, my brain provided the name. It's Monica Gleberman.

A huge part of my "knowledge" comes from fandom dinosaurs which spilled the tea on curious cat (unfortunately the site no longer exists 😬). Maybe a few people here will add their knowledge to your ask. For example what happened to Nat Fisher.

It doesn't matter if she's a fan or not. Yes, I get the excitement about touching lips (it's not more than that) with this hot guy. But she's there to do a job, so be a fucking professional about it. And she's 28 and not a 13 yo teen with a crush.

The actress of the kissing scene posted a story on her Instagram watching the scene and gloating that she did it because she apparently is a fan of Jensens for some time.It gave cringe and fan girl vibes(like another extra we know……)

No really, I can still understand the biasness between the coleads, and liking the number 2 of callsheet more than number one and being bit passive aggressive about it- like mentioning jensen before jared each time- but still it is understandable because both are together an unit which made supernatural work for so long, who before whom doesn’t matter that much. But mentioning MISHA before Jared?? It is already bad enough that he is being credited for what he is not in this 20th anniversary, and then they word it in such way that it makes Jared look like the third one?? Seriously?!

Exactly! And that clearly shows the biased agenda the b*tch Lowfill had. She set the stage deliberately to put Jared as the third wheel but she hadn't considered that her fav wouldn't have it and ignored MC and focused on Jared.

The whole “gushing” unprofessionalism may be a sign of the times tbh. We know scouts and casting agents are looking at Instagram now for their stars. They believe influencers will draw in an audience, that’s why the likes of Charlie xcx is casted in high profile films why actually trained actors are losing parts (they don’t have a lot of followers on instagram). That girl is young but she also got a lot of hits on instagram because of Jensen. She used what she had and got eyes on her. I have no idea if the social media views will impact her coming back or not but since she went a little viral, she may be back for s2. I don’t really blame Jessica or anyone for embracing the social media aspects. Even Jensen is doing it. It just seems so fake
