I guess you’d want it to be impacting? That sentence is a lifetimes consideration. The final words. The feeling you experience for the words used would be different as they are your last... they are so purposeful that they ‘lose’ meaning. Really, nobody will understand the extent of your last words expect yourself because in that moment before death you will be speaking absolute truth. Our final words are the purist form of expression we can devote in life. Now if we set that as a baseline, imagine what we can do?
