Life on Mars is literally about the stuff 2edgy fan theories are made of.  The expository narration actually asks “Am I mad?/ In a coma/Or back in time?”  It's a show about nothing...or is it?

It started normal. It started IDEAL.

I was a director, and I had a loving family, even from my parents. But some black spot in the sky let everyone go mad. A black hole, so far away as to not affect us, but for some reason it did. It swallowed the moon, and had started to dig through our materials. So what did we do? Got into buses, cars, and the like and drove. Drove towards where it would be.

Highways rose for us, even places to eat. People were.. happy? I was happy. I was having a fun time driving to what would be only death, since everyone was having a party, even Fedex was building some bridge towards it.

.. But something knew what I was seeing was wrong. The food tasted too good, people were too happy, no one was panicking. The physics didn’t matter in a dream. Everything else did. So I forced my way out. I wouldn’t, I couldn’t let myself hit that sorrow like that, even if I was happy as I could be.

.. I’m afraid of what will happen to us. I want a simpler death. I don’t want the planet to go mad and somehow drive to where the event horizon of a black hole will be just to party.

Give me a death where I still have my sorrows and my mind.

a bad question for me is: am i not reacting emotionally to this because i cant accept that its real or is it because i just do not care about it & i am horrible

my dream was more than a layer deeper than usual [9:00:14 AM] V( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)n( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°): i woke up, proceeeded as normal, figuring that i was in the real world, before the world was invaded, people died, and i lost connection with you two before going to sleep, hoping that it was all just a dream [9:01:07 AM] V( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)n( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°): i woke back up, looked outside, and thought it was normal, before asking mom, where she said that no, nothing was back to what it was. i begin to panic, begging for myself to awake, before i finally do again. [9:01:27 AM] V( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)n( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°): i look outside, i check to see if the food we have is different, and things seem normal again.
