Stuck on Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst...

I know I have more missions to do in Ultimate Adventure mode, but I can't find them. My guess is, because I used the new Challenge Missions in Free Battle mode to max out my Hero and Legend points, my remaining missions in Ultimate Adventure have been glitched out.

Is anyone else having this problem?
