Is gleemax, or any other card from the "un" era, legal in any format besides unlimited/legacy?

The basic lands are the only cards from the un-sets that are legal in any constructed format. Silver-bordered cards can’t be played in sanctioned events.

I kinda hope that unsets arent released like the last two as a player who joined after the unsets came out its fun to look back and read the old cards but thats really it 

My hope is that they release any possible new unset on a sctrictly online basic (blasphemy i know) maybe instead of an actual set it becomes just a weekly column on the mothership we get a little dose of Un humor every week and maybe the article could give u a link to print out the cards if you wanted to collect
