"No Man is an Island" The July recipient of the Sports Joc Man of Honor Award, is Pastor Samuel Aleman. He is the renowned Pastor of the International Baptist Church in Decatur, Ga. He arrived in the US from the small Island of Cuba, in 1989. His father was jailed in Cuba because he was a Pastor in a Baptist Church. Pastor Samuel has spent the past 25 years of his life, assisting Hispanic immigrants that arrive in the Atlanta area with nothing. His impact on the Hispanic community has been profound. His heart, and his church have lifted the life of so many. Pastor Samuels lifelong service of providing shelter, food, clothing, medicine, and spiritual guidance, is his full time job. The Sports Joc Show is honored to present the Sports Joc Man of Honor award to Pastor Samuel Aleman.
