He hadn’t planned on throwing his baguette at Wild. Not at all, actually. After borrowing it from another certain Hero, he was planning on eating it together with the meatloaf he had stolen from some travellers he had killed earlier. But then he spotted Wild.
At first, he wanted to ignore the Hero of the Wild, but the deep hatred towards the Champion ran deep through his veins. His entire being couldn’t ignore him. Perhaps it was because he was the Hero’s Shade he responded to Wild’s presence.
“Does it look like I care?” His voice sounded from the shadows, appearing from it shortly after. “I felt the need to throw that at you. Be thankful it wasn’t my sword.”
