My grandma died a few days ago and I’m at home and the funeral is tomorrow and I just like… it’s coming in waves, the grief. There’s a couple things that keep threatening to break me but I’m not quite letting it get to that point and I’m not sure if that’s healthy or not. I just know the break is coming. I just keep distracting myself and I’m not sure if it’s healthy or not. Do I let myself feel? Do I do what I need to? What even is what I need to do?
