Annus is always seen with nothing hiding his neck from Unus or the other Egos, when he is in a Massive Lee mood he will be seen actually tickling his own neck too.
What if someone conjured magic feathers, that made Annus laugh hysterically to the point of rolling on the floor....he is exclaiming NOHOHOHOHO but actually is enjoying it.
