Well fuck this shit!

Today at work during a meeting I found out how unimportant I am to my boss. I give my work three years of being there but that’s obviously doesn’t matter to them.. I know everything about my department and been there awhile. But nope I’m not good enough for any type of leadership. I guess it’s because I’m too nice and lack confidence to be a leader :( 3 people got chosen as shift leads and all haven’t been working at my for a year yet! Fucking bullshit!! I would of been fine with just one of them but all 3 newish people?! I felt like shit when my boss announced it. Makes me feel super horrible about myself! I hate how the way I am so much sometimes and I been like this for years! Always ruining stuff for myself :(
