"Mmmmm~. I guess that makes sense, huh?" They muse, looking over the ghost once more. "You're cute." They say out of nowhere, but waves their hand to clear any misunderstandings, "I mean the way you think about others and in general. Your outlook on life." With a light scoff, they shrug, "Realized how weird that sounded as it left my mouth. Anyway if you've nothing to do, you wanna keep my company? I just got here and I'm already bored."

Flicking their secret away, Indigo stomps on it with the heel of their black boot and blows out the remaining smoke in the opposite direction from the ghost. "You and I, we're kinda alike. Did you know that? I'm talking about specie-wise."

With mirror in hand that she purchased from a convenience store, Kugisaki inspects the bandage. It looks alright and there's no leakage. In fact that stopped awhile ago so she's pleased. Part of her IS curious to know what it looks like underneath, but she'll hold off.

"You know it's really rude to stare." She says when she feels eyes on her. Kugisaki does look over her shoulder to bemusing STARE at the woman.

"Y'got something to say, say it." Is she also going to talk about how she should go back to the hospital? Kugisaki is ready to tell her off.

yuri leans on a lamppost in the middle of a crowded plaza, a yawn escaping him. he'd originally figured it'd be a good use of his time to get a feel for the island's hotspots, but it looks like this area's only popular with young sweethearts... how boring. more interestingly, however, there's another people-watcher in the midst.

he takes the opportunity to surprise the woman with a light-hearted jab, "careful. if you stare at that couple any longer you'll burn a hole right through 'em." that'd be a hell of a sight, though. he pushes himself off the lamppost to get a better look at her, dark eyes locking on a novel peeking out from under her arm (even someone as book-averse as him can tell what a cover like that's for), "ohh, i get it. you're one of those romance-obsessed people, huh." oof, way to be blunt about it.

“Hey— if you keep going in that direction, you’ll bump into the pole!”

He had barely caught a glimpse of the woman wandering forward seemingly aimlessly and scrambled forward to grasp her arm in an attempt to pull her back safely before it spirals into an incident that would potentially result in injury for her. Haochen would feel terrible if he didn’t at least try to stop her before then as an obvious witness to it.

Dam-bi knows she's being a little too aggressive with her target practices, but that's the whole point! She's not trying to cause small, baby harms. She's trying to cause the most damage to any potential enemies. Her right arm morphs once more just as quickly as a blink of an eye, tendrils in replacement of said arm lashes against another abandoned building in Yesteryear. It's still not enough. With only being able to transform part of her limbs, she won't be able to do much damage.

never mind that she just took down a smaller building with just that one attack alone.

getting stuck between a pair of people, persistent on having a conversation two seats apart is now how he saw the day going. actually, he finds it to be extremely unnecessary and disruptive, so much that irritation begins to creep in. there were plenty of other places so why they chose to start here is beyond comprehension.

he's had quite enough of it and takes this as a cue to move elsewhere. at the same time, someone else walks over, whether to take a break herself or continue on, he gives warning just in case. "if you plan to rest, I'd suggest not sitting there. they've been talking at an unreasonable volume for a while."
