i think my mother may have convinced me that i have a life threatening allergy.. that i might not have or it might not be life threatening? because i got allergy tested at the group home, and then they wanted to do exposure therapy to the thing i think i’m allergic to. plus my dad keeps saying that her story surrounding that incident was really wishy washy and weird. plus she doesn’t take the precautions one would think she’d take if i had this allergy, in fact doesn’t take any at all and keeps forgetting that i have this allergy… but the only way to find out is to get exposed and potentially endanger my life if she’s not lying. but also, she tried to tell me that i’m deathly allergic to cockroaches when i was planning to go visit my fiancé initially (before we lived together). so. i’m like ? i’m almost tempted to expose myself to this allergen just to see what would happen. because it’s entirely possible that she fucking lied
