NBCUniversal Upfront 2016
As part of NBCU’s “Reach redefined” campaign, HudsonGray produced the biggest upfront that has ever existed, encompassing all of NBCU’s broadcast and cable networks. In a world of fragmentation, the aggregation of audience is so critical, so HudsonGray united the gigantic media company to spark ad buyers to a one-stop-shop approach. The massive build required street closures in and around Rockefeller Center to accommodate a live televised red carpet and social media lounge. HudsonGray also staged a two hour presentation that showcased NBCU’s biggest talent and programming for the coming year at Radio City Music Hall. NBCU estimates $6 billion in annual revenue commitments across the portfolio.
To bring the experience live to fans on social media, HudsonGray transformed the rink at Rockefeller Center into a Social Studio. Talent from all the networks stopped by the interactive set to promote their shows, play some very interesting games and pose in a photo.
