USA Network’s Briarpatch Season 1 Premiere
Proctor & Gamble Davos
Leading up to the World Economic Forum, HudsonGray worked alongside Proctor & Gamble to coordinate the creative design and fabrication of experiential activations that engaged guests and created the opportunity for discussion about equality in the workplace.
As part of the #WeSeeEqual campaign, interactive puzzles challenged corporate leaders and decision makers to address gender equality, flip the bias, and “Check Your Blind Spots” as a push toward closing the gender gap in the workplace.
NBCUniversal Peacock Investors Day Reception
JennAir KBIS 2020
To highlight their newest luxe appliance lines, JennAir rolled out an innovative “Mobile Showroom” that debuted at the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. HudsonGray created the three day experience surrounding this launch, which incorporated inviting lounges, informative daily programming, over-the-top entertainment, decadent bites and champagne toasts.

NBCUniversal Peacock Investors Day Sculpture
To celebrate the launch of NBCUniversal’s new streaming service, Peacock, HudsonGray designed and produced the “Peacock Tree” in Rockefeller Plaza. Weighting 15,000 pounds. The sculpture was 4 stories tall, 46 feet wide and had more than 11,000 LED lights. The “Peacock Tree” lighting was featured on the Today Show with Al Rocker.

USA Network’s Temptation Island Season 2 Premiere Party
To mark the launch of Temptation Island’s second season on USA Network, entertainment industry insiders and influencers were invited to an exclusive watch party event at the rooftop of the Dream Hollywood, hosted by the Bella twins. The event featured a red carpet, interactive photo ops, F&B installations as well as DJ sets by DJ Bella, DJ James Kennedy of Vanderpump Rules.

NBCUniversal’s Kick Life Launch Event
HudsonGray partnered with the NBCUniversal Digital Lab for their launch of the original Snapchat Show called Kick Life, which chronicles fashion and sneaker culture. The event hosted at LA speakeasy Break Room 86, featured a variety of activations such as a sneaker cleaning station by Jason Markk, a sneaker selfie Photo Booth, and activations by brand partner Boost Mobile. A custom “Boosted” F&B program further amplified the evening that was capped of with a break dancing performance.
KitchenAid’s 100th Birthday Celebration Pop-Up: A Culinary Playground
To celebrate 100 years of KitchenAid, HudsonGray produced a three-day pop-up experience that invited the public to interact with the brand’s iconic appliances through exciting demos, immersive educational moments, and experiential activations.
Guests had the chance to sample tasty treats such as custom-made butters and oils, color on the #makeyourmark mural, or take selfies with our countless installations like the Giant Cookbook and Infinity Room. In the end, over 2,300 visitors came to our #makinghistory100 celebration on a weekend of record high temperatures in NYC.
Mastercard Backlot BBQ
HudsonGray designed an intimate country western experience on the Western Lot at Universal Studios for Mastercard VIP card holders. Guests were given a private tour of the Universal Studios backlot and were treated to a curated, authentic barbecue lunch before being surprised by a private concert by Country Music star Blake Shelton. This unique experience infused custom touches like laser-cut menus, scenic entrance décor, and an interactive photo booth where guests could share their experience on social platforms.
ESPN House NYC: NBA Finals 2019
Kicking of the 2019 NBA Finals, ESPN brought the ESPN HOUSE event franchise to NYC’s Pier 17 and tapped HudsonGray to oversee design and all consumer activations throughout the event. Pulling inspiration from New York Street Ball Courts, HudsonGray designed and installed a custom basketball cage where event attendees did timed drills in order to win exclusive prizes. The cage doubled as an Instagram-ready photo booth where guests could snap a gif of themselves right from the court. Other activations for the events 2000+ attendees included a custom screen printing T-shirt bar, and a playlist sampling station. In addition to a live feed of the game, the evening featured DJ sets and a performance from Grammy Award Winning Artist 2 Chainz.
NBCUniversal Upfront After Party 2019
HudsonGray produced and designed the after party for the 2019 Upfront, where NBCU talent, execs, and other VIPs came to the over-the-top celebration at The Grill & The Pool in midtown Manhattan. Bespoke design features included HudsonGray’s custom floral installations, giant mirrored orbs, and a “floating” DJ Booth, where DJ Celeste helmed the evening’s high-energy party.
