▬▬ Jackie stares down at her phone- screen cracked, parts replaced time and time again, and yet it still struggles to do basic features. She was standing in the middle of a phone repair shop, hoping to find the spare parts for her particular phone, but... it's such an old model that she can't find a replacement CPU anywhere.

▬▬ And she doesn't really have the money for a new one. Maybe she could strike lucky on ebay or something- but for now she just turns around and starts to walk out of the shop.

Optics watch the Jackal carefully, gaze flicking between that... Gem embedded into his chest, and his masked face. It’s clear they’re uncertain; they cannot recall a time they were purposely sought after like this. That is to say, not for the purpose of attempting to destroy them.

There’s a thoughtful hum, claws still flexed outward- a defensive stance, no plan to attack, but considering ways to retaliate if it comes to it.
