UPS at Staples
This previous Saturday I dropped off a package at Staples for UPS ground. Made a label off of pirate ship.
So Staples has a sign outside saying we ship 7 days a week. The girl at the store says UPS will be picking it up on Sunday.
So Sunday rolls around and it still hasn't started shipping. I called Staples and they said they don't pick up on weekends. Wtf? Why does it say we ship 7 days a week when they don't?
They got on the phone was so rude he would not let me get a word in to say thank you and goodbye so I ended up just hanging up on him. I don't like doing that. The package is very important because it has my dad's pills in it.
I have to send this pills through the mail because our friend died and he had to extend his trip to be able to attend the church service.
I will never drop off package at Staples ever again and I highly suggest you don't either.
