I had dinner with my best friend at a pub tavern thing while she was here in our home town today, and this place plays a lot of older music. This includes a lot of Billy Joel. I don't get to see her often, and here I am, trying to pay attention and enjoy what time I have with her, and I'm singing fucking 'Uptown Rat' in my head instead of being present.
