Balance: an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady. Can also be translated as: An even distribution of daily activities/ or habits that keep a person happy and/or sane for years to come 😏 This selfie is after a weekend where I probably ate 10 cake balls, drank 10 beers, one glass of whiskey and 2 glasses of wine.... Oh and several protein bars. I probably ate only 2 meals on Saturday and two meals on Sunday. My workouts consisted of boxing for about 4hrs on Saturday riding the wave of sugar from the cake balls and yesterday I ran about 5miles. What's the point? The point is balance and not stressing over a little cake ball and beer or 10... It won't kill ya, trust me I've been doing this balancing act for a bit now and I'm just as strong or stronger, endurance is higher, I'm happier, and I keep fairly lean than I was before. The key is I'm not doing that all the time, just like I don't just lift weights all the time, or run all the time, or box all the time... Because in the end you will eventually go bat shit crazy 🤔.
