Honesty hour: what made you take up your current course of study and if you hadn't taken it up, what field of study would you have pursued?

I have a fuckign huge superiority complex and a job in criminology usually caters to us people like that. plus, like, it sounds like it would be something cool to do, no matter what field of work i actually ended up in. and i like knowing why people do things because im terrible at figuring that shit out. need at least 1-3 business days to deal with emotions. 

if not crim I probably would have gone into teaching or psychology. i used to tutor kids in high school, and i was a student aide in a grade 7 class while also doing that, so i was used to working with kids, and psych seems just as fun as crim!
