裏難波 or Ura-Namba An area a bit off the main grid in the Namba area. Apparently this area used to be booming back in the day prior to what is referred to as Minami took off. The area is now full of various restaurants and small bars, quite popular for 食べ歩きツアー (tabe aruki tsuaa) or restaurant hopping. The area is also still home to old school Japanese cabaret such as Miss Osaka and The Fresh, which are still active to this day. After 5pm the streets become quite populated with business men and women as well as tourists going for food and drinks. I personally like this area due to its old school feel, especially in the evening due to the neon signs that look as if they have been the same since the 70's.
