A ray of hope.

During my walk, I stumbled across this. In the business of Urban Exploring, the term "for lease" roughly translates to "come back in six months and break into me." Hopefully, that rings true of this particular spot.

The most disappointing day ever.

Recently, I've been recieving a lot of messages regarding some abandoned buildings in the city. I mentioned not long ago that I was aware of some barely-explored spots, and, apparently, that aroused some interest. I always received a few messages detailing an abandoned radio station that was also in the city. So, today, I went walking. No camera, no exploration group, nothing to arouse suspicion, just the intention to scope out a few potential spots that were the base of a lot of rumours.  Firstly, I visited the "abandoned" ABC radio building. From a distance, you would assume the building to be, as I have been regularly told, completely abandoned. However, the thing about that is that it's crawling with construction workers. It would seem redevelopment is in full swing, as a portion of the building's interior has become the site office of the head of construction. So much for that spot. Secondly, I swung past the locations that had a few people excited, and, in true Perth style:
