Six Megumi spotted
Though I've drawn Ozma before, she was largely based on existing artworks and drawings of her from the early 20th century. And after a hundred years, I have no real excuse not to do my own take on the character, especially when taking into account of her former identity as Tippetarius or Tip for short. And so I did. I used the Disney style as the basis for my character design since Disney wanted to make their own Oz franchise (complete with books, films, and tv shows) but it has never taken off beyond a few films like Return to Oz (1985) and Oz the Great and Powerful (2014). And those films live under the shadow of MGM's classic The Wizard of Oz (1939), not helped by the fact that they still act as if those films were a sequel/prequel to that film. So I designed the character as if they were being made by Disney. I had to look up a few guides on how to draw Disney-esque character since this was the first I attempted to draw a Disney human. From there, I drew Tip first because he was the first to appear and it would make sense that his upbringing under Mombi would have subtly influenced Ozma's appearance and characteristics. And I took great care to foreshadow his Ozma identity within Tip's design while still being a boy. Tip's design was primarily inspired by street urchin children in big cities, both as a contrast to the royal Ozma... and as someone who would get along with Dorothy in Kansas (since I think a modern adaptation would have Dorothy be the person who helps Tip/Ozma find and embrace their true identity). Princess Ozma, I simply used the ink outline of the Tip design I made and used it as an outline to draw Ozma so that Ozma would look a lot like Tip despite the transformation while still being recognized as Ozma. It was quite tricky to ensure that nothing is left to misinterpretations in the character. I wanted both designs to stand on its own while still maintaining a strong connection between the two.
Because I’m too lazy and stressed to do more on this, have a rough sketch of an older Ronan, mostly cause @vivid-scavenger wanted to see him.
he got spikier and a little less edgy...he also stole that hoodie from Cinder.
Life's better with friends Fae - @myangelsheaven Cirrus - @peachysquids Klover - @squibscribbles Hades - @justsquidkiddingaround Vladdy - me Ronan - @darkcelebrations-ocs Cotton Candy - @twilishady Kakei - @woomyhitsu
So I have no explanation for this. I blame my girlfriend entirely(considering she drew it).
So have Ronan in a banana suit, completely done with the world.
drawn by @vividscavenger , I just colored it.
here, because I probably won’t finish the other doodles tonight...here’s Ronan giving Vladdy a very unwilling piggyback ride.

I think more people should have a chance to squish the urchin. grumpy butt needs friends anyway.
I hope this looks ok. Fae and Theo belong to @darksdraws, Ronan is mine.

Snuggle time with Ronan and his two friends with benefits. He does not look like a happy camper being squished like he is(he secretly loves it). Vladdy and Demitri love sandwiching him though.
