Fluorette, the woman in the last image, is the lady who took Zim in after he crash landed in her yard (will expunge later lol). due to her long lifespan, she has absolutely no patience for things like petty rivalries or arguments that cannot be solved, so i imagine she'd be pretty strict on Zim and Dib, seeing as to her theyre just two kids engaging in infantile behavior (whether shes right or not about this is up to interpretation). Zim finds this unfair, of course, but Fluorette is a steadfast teacher and does not take suggestions.

Urotsuki is a..... special case, i guess? i have a LOT of strange lore built up for her that i think deserves its own essay, so for now, i'll just say that Uro sees Zim as just another snotty little sibling that she can mess with. they're both very similar in a lot of ways (loud, chaotic, impulsive), but Uro finds Zim in particular annoying bc she feels like she at least controls these traits of hers better than he does (she does not). she generally just likes to mess with others, and Zim does not help his own case At All by being a very reactive person right out the gate. the two of them also have some Deeper Issues/similarities that, again, i'll have to go on abt later (the Urotsuki lore is vast and confusing lol) but let's just say that Uro tends to act like a.... more genuinely threatening version of Dib, i suppose :]
