A knight of breath would be one who serves breath/serves through breath for others. As knights tend to be, a knight of breath would be someone who’s highly devoted to protecting those they care about. Breath is the aspect of freedom as well as leadership-by-example, hence a knight of breath could possibly be someone who helps others out frequently all while not making a big deal out of it, or inspire others to help others in a similar fashion. I imagine a knight of breath to be someone that is looked up to, even if the knight of breath is confused as to why they’re even looked up to in the first place. However, Breath is also the aspect of detatchment, and a knight of breath may choose to put on a facade and distance themself from other issues so as to pursue their objectives. While this is not necessarily detrimental, it can be so if done in excess, which may complicate the problems they put aside.
Power-wise, a knight of breath may be able to utilise Wind as a weapon, using it to defend others from harm. While materialising breath may seem a bit more Maid/Slyph-ish, I wouldn’t rule it out as an impossibility for Knights as well.
One of the main differences between Prospit and Derse players would be whether they lean towards Defense/Passivity or Offence/Agression respectively. In context with the knight class, this can affect how they protect those who they care about. Do they tend to act in correspondence of the world around them, or do they tend to act on their own initiative?
On another stand, since knights have a tendency to mask their true self and showcase themself in a way that they want to be perceived as, their lunar sway may be something they struggle with and eventually embrace as a part of themselves. (For example, Karkat, as a prospit player, had a self image as an aggressive all-ruling leader, but was much happier as someone who defended alongside his friends, which was a more prospit-ish stance. )
Of course, there are several more possibilities with how a prospit knight can differ from a derse one (optimism vs pessimism, logic vs creativity, control vs adaptability etc), but these are the more striking examples of how they can differ that I can think of right now.
Hope these help!
