I GOT BACK IN THE OCEAN!!! It's been 3 months since I had a major surgery, and one of the hardest parts of recovery was not being allowed to submerge myself in water... "LIFE ON HOLD ~ 2020" As we finally start to turn the corner with a view towards a semblance of normal life hopefully sometime this year, it's time to come out of hibernation energetically, and while we still have to stick to guidelines to control this crazy global pandemic, I'm beginning to feel the stirrings of excitement for future projects and travel on the horizon again. Last year was such a challenge in surrender... Every single project I had was canceled. I learned to define myself by how I show up for each day, not by what I am able to accomplish. I learned that there is expansion in the stillness. I learned that some things need to slow down in order to make progress. .
