So my husband went to art school like 7 years ago. When he went there, one of the teachers was this Asian lady who ran the first semester classes.
One day in class, all those years ago, she told him to "Use your potential."
I don't know what kind of power she had in those words but it has stuck with him all this time to the point that we both feel it working in our lives.
Any time I am slacking off and not getting commission pages done, I just remember these words and suddenly it's like I have motivation and ability to get things moving.
Thank you dear teacher. Despite never having met you, I consider you one of the most influential art teachers I have had.
