I was rereading the genrex comics and I got to that one where Six has to cut Rex's arm off and it just grew back
How would that work here? would it be a 100% grey arm or would it be like full metal????

Feel free to decline answering if it’s spoilers but where are we at in the timeline for performance guidelines? My heart says it’s in September 2010
not a spoiler! in fact you're MEANT to be able to tell the exact date of each scene, since we give actual dates in reports and also in rex's evo chart.
so, rex was contained september 19th, 2007.
this means that on the first file, "day 2" is september 20th, 2007 (and we actually started posting the fic on sep 20 for that reason!)
the "day 0000" marker before a scene is how many days its been since rex was found by providence. and to top it off, all the transcriptions within the fic have exact dates too.
so with that knowledge, rex gets his arm chopped off on day 1101, which is september 23rd, 2010. and the very latest scene in file 19, day 1126, is october 18th.
we have an excel spreadsheet that keeps track of every single date of every single scene to make sure things were spaced out an amount that makes sense, to keep track of birthdays and the general seasons, and to double check that the days noah are at providence are mon/wed/fri as mentioned in the first chapters, and to make sure the 2008 leap year didnt mess up counting days
this spreadsheet actually exists for all the fics, but performance guidelines so far is the only one where we're showing all the exact dates to the audience
would yall get mad if we added like... one more edit to failure condition before we post the next fic

some of these were doodled and then immediately bagged for a better idea, and others were set to be the official illustrations right up until the day before a chapter update and i'd change my mind and draw something completely different
