Leftover steak Joe made for me (I always have leftover and often toss it on a salad or with some eggs). Use up some cherry tomatoes. Brussel Sprouts. Onion. Garlic the way I like it (oven-roasted then tossed in an entire bulb of cloves). Over a whole wheat angel hair tossed in olive oil and seasoned. A sprinkle of blue cheese and goat cheese in the pasta and on top. I realized yesterday that even though I’m a pretty efficient maker, I’m gonna need to step up my game to make it through this upcoming holiday season. Since so many of my designs now feature rivets, I decided I could save some time if I do a little rivet production. The problem is that it’s really hard to keep track of a bunch of inch long wires.
