So Terushima wanted to play as many interesting games as possible, right?
like he wanted to play against Kakugawa, the 2 meter giant
so his goal was to play against the left ace
but since that didn’t happen he became obsessed with what could have been
so he becomes obsessed with Ushijima
he reads all he can on the ace
He goes to the Karasuno vs Shiratorizawa game to watch
and he realizes he is so gay for the ace after watching him play?!?!
So, being Terushima, he finds Ushijima after the game to get his number
he is charming and flirtatious and friendly (and least he thinks he is)
but Ushijima is so confused???
who is this guy
and why can’t he stop staring at the glinting metal inside his mouth whenever he talks???
Semi is watching form a distance and feels so bad for the stranger hitting on his friend
he decides to intervene
he whispers to his friend that the guy is trying to flirt with him
it takes all of 4 seconds of silence form Ushijima for the ace to flush bright red
he looks to Terushima with an open mouth and asks, “ wait, you are flirting with me?”
Terushima awkwardly laughs and says yes and asks for his number
Ushijima obliges and they part ways shortly after that
Terushima is nearly constantly texting Ushijima after that
and Ushijima responds bluntly, but after he presses send, he often smiles or sighs or once, even let out a small laugh
his teammates are #blessed to see this side of the stoic ace
