HR says we have "too many clerks" 🤣 ((This is wildly inaccurate and we, the carriers, can't do our jobs without them.) Clerks help customers with purchases, sort mail, sort packages, keep inventory... so much!)
For a while there, it felt like someone was testing us on how few workers we could have and still get all the routes done. I would literally come home after being forced to work my days off or from working 12 days, and I would cry. It seriously felt malicious.
