So, the USPS is in peril and our current government unwilling to bail it out. It falls on us to save this absolutely vital institution. To do my small part I've come up with this project: I will be creating original two minute sci-fi concept doodles of "Future Postal Vehicles" and mailing them out to participants. It was quite a challenge to do anything to change Molly Heron’s @molly.heron beautiful and lyrical start -swipe to see it- to our collaboration for the @uspsartproject. She sent me ribbons of acrylic color landing at the bottom edge of 9x12 Bristol. Not sure how these things happen, but it ended up 12 x 12 (I added a strip of Yupo)and upside down. Still, it pulled towards the bottom. After adding some collaged torn prints and cutouts of wax pastel, I named it Magnetic Field. Off it will go to Sunset Studios in Dallas. Thank you Molly for this joyful time with your work.
