YES!

He gets done being all dapper as fuck at Cannes and goes back to his hotel room, changes out of his dapper suit, and slips into bed where Michael's already sound asleep (he'd stayed in because jet lag and nausea don't mix ;) ) and James curls up next to him, being the big spoon to Michael's little spoon and Michael only kind of wakes up enough to curl against James and pull James' arm around him a bit more and James holds him while rubbing Michael's stomach, until he falls asleep.
