In a universe where mpreg exists, I simply Do Not Believe that Shane Hollander would ever take time off from hockey to carry a baby. He would immediately start googling discreet clinics. He would yeetus that fetus in five seconds flat. There would be a cartoon-style Shane-shaped hole in the wall from his record-breaking sprint to planned parenthood.

(Ilya would learn about this years later and have some complex and tender feelings about it, but that is a thought for another post)
