Psyched Still Unprepared !
Well, just like every incoming college student , meron tayo nung nasabi ko sa Title ng blogpost.
Usually pa nga lagi nating nasasabi:
"Excited na ko mag pasukan na medyo kabado"
haha! If mapapakinggan ng iba , they'll think we're gonna enter the "Big Brother House" dahil sa mga katagang yan. Oo,lahat tayo excited pumasok sa school lalo na college , since magsisimula ka nanaman sa simula,tipong wala ka masyadong kilala (Unless kaBlock mo iba mong highschool friends) , New Working environment (In this case,More Serious na since they'll be teaching higher form of education and will treat us like "Professionals in the making") and New Professors to deal with.
Sa bawat excitement na mararamdaman natin , andyan din ung anxiety sa sarili or pagiging self conscious . dyan ka rin mapapaisip ng mga katagang
"What if kung di enough ung study habbits ko to last for the 1st academic year sa college"
"What if ma debar ako or malipat ako ng school due to *insert whatever reason here*"
"What if i can't cope up with the subject matter na ididiscuss sa university?"
See,Maraming What if's tayong naiisip,kumbaga di pa tayo nagsisimula,kabado na agad.
Ako mismo saksi dyan haha! marami akong What ifs na naiisip, Goals na sinet ko para ma achieve . As an incoming thomasian with a brother that is an alumnus from the said university ( University of Sto.Thomas) which graduated with Latin honors ( Cum Laude) , i kinda get pressured haha! well , di naman nila (Family) ako pinepressure to achieve ung latin honors basta mag aral lang ako ng mabuti okay na un. pero alam nyo ung feeling na gusto mo rin maachieve ung ganun? parang ako mismo nag pressure sa sarili ko haha! Medyo Redundant ung Pressure LOL . Kumbaga gusto ko talaga ma achieve ung Goals ko kaso sa mga What ifs na yan minsan na di distract ako.
Marami man akong What If's na naiisip , ginagamit ko sila bilang inspiration sa aking list of Will Be's (Goals) .
This year , Eto Goals ko :
Ma-Maintain ang 1.75 or higher sa General Average.
Maging Consistent Dean's Lister.
Be a part of our College's "Student Council" LOL
Hindi magfail sa kahit anong class.
Yun lang haha! Kaya sa mga incoming freshies dyan,Kahit may what if's kayo,isipin nyo na walang hindi kayang gawin kung tayo'y magsisipag . Kaya set nyo na priorities nyo habang maaga!
