I realized I’ve been throwing the R word around assuming everyone knows what I’m talking about. The R word I’m referring to is #REIKI! As we all know, our bodies consist of energy. Scientifically speaking, #QuantomPhysics to be exact states, that we are a collection of matter vibrating so fast that what we see is a structure. So without getting too deep, our surroundings, are also just vibrating matter. 🤯 Energy is what we feel when we come into contact with people. When meeting new people and vibe (vibrate) with them instantly.✨ Yes #vibrate! Because that’s what’s going on. I’m sure you’ve felt that gut instinct, yup you guessed that’s energy too AKA your #SolarPlexus to be exact☺️ Reiki is just another form of energy except it is a healing pure energy. This healing modality was discovered in Japan by a man named #UsuiSensei through meditation. Nowadays anyone can gain access to Reiki, it’s not a members only club. You just need to seek someone who can give you this #ReikiAttunement (Want to be as informative as I can to lessen the woowoo factor) When Reiki is sent it goes into the body and knows exactly what to heal & where to go. And since we’re all a bunch of energy, Reiki, helps to balance & harmonize our energetic system AKA #ChakraSystem I know I said I’m taking a break from producing content but I’m no longer feeling frantic.
