Was Usuta-san's existence ever explained?? Like is it explained why he looks like Whisper when he was supposed to be trapped in the gacha machine?

I haven't played ykw4 yet so I don't know if there is more about him in the game that his wiki doesn't show. He's heavily implied to be Whisper in ykw4 like in Forever Friends right?

He kinda just appears for a few minutes in Forever Friends and is never to been seen again. I don't think he even appears in the manga adaptation of the movie?

Me: Usuta posed as the new butler after Itsuki became a ghost. Maybe he even took Itsuki back to the mansion when he was talking to Kukuri-hime. Itsuki sees him as a father figure.

Also me: Usuta broke into the mansion and just became the butler. Itsuki tried to get rid of him but Usuta kept getting into the mansion so eventually he gives up and let’s the weird man live in his house and cook him food.

After watching the Forever Friends movie, I’m now adding Usuta-san, or just Usuta, to the group of Whispers!

For this, he’s a yokai pretending to be a human. He has his reasons, which if you’ve seen the movie, you’ll probably know why.

He acts polite towards everyone, but he doesn’t really like Dark Watch that much.
