This year we are hoping for gold at Zion Vineyards. We have been making wines for more than 10 years, and the tasting room has been open for business since May of 2023. We have had guests from across the United States, Canada, France, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, and Australia. Guests from around the world come to our tasting room and try our wines, and the response has been fantastic. Harvest is now finished. Welcome to Utah Wine Country at Zion Vineyards

Welcome to Utah Wine Country at Zion Vineyards "It’s harvest season at Zion Vineyards, and the excitement is palpable as grapes are picked and crushed into the wines that define this Southern Utah estate. Beginning in mid-August with the white varietals and moving into September with reds, the vineyard celebrates multiple harvests, each timed precisely to the ripeness of its grapes. Harvest in Action To determine readiness, the winemaking team uses a refractometer to measure the sugar concentration, or Brix level.
