I’d just like to say, for the record, perimenopause is absolutely horrid. I don’t think girls and young women are taught enough about what’s going to happen in your late 30s-40s. One day you feel absolutely normal and the next, you’re the purple version of a minion 90% of the time. Educate our girls and women. This crap is like being trapped inside a body that has been overtaken by a computer virus.
