I loved the jacket from the Cats and Dogs expansion, especially with the sleeves pulled down and a tee or sweater underneath to keep the cold breeze from sneaking down your cleavage.

⚠Known Issues: A teeny-tiny little gap may appear in the bust area when the jacket is worn by more endowed Sims. I’ve re-checked and re-merged the UV maps on the mesh, but it still show a little. It’s hardly noticeable, unless you look really closely (at this point, probably looking for flaws to point out XD). Otherwise, this issue is benign and I even don it on my me-Sim--who happens to be a(n) ???-cup---anyway. XD
Feel free to recolor or edit! Yep! You can include the mesh, too! I have a very lax TOU. I don’t even think I should consider it a TOU. But feel free to check it out if you like reading the boring technical stuff.

Useful Utility Jacket PSD for Recoloring: Sim File Share
The package file includes a solid white swatch that you can export for recoloring, too.
The texture (psd file) is broken into multiple layers to make it easier to work with. The same file has a separate layer for the tee-shirt part where you can make your own recolors of the accessory shirt overlay, too.
