VALENTINE- ROTTMNT VERSION

Krang 4 aka Valentine was made in the prison dimension by the other Krang, however they were deeply disappointed to find the end result to be much scrawnier and weaker than expected, so they never made any more.

Valentine's life in the prison dimension primarily consisted of him being tormented by his older siblings. So by the time the events off the movie came around, he had no interest in the planned invasion, and instead fled the second he had a chance.

Once his siblings were defeated, Valentine took advantage of the Krang suits shape shifting capabilities to take a human form.... Unfortunately this was witnessed by Leonardo.

Valentine convinced Leonardo that he just wanted to be left be and really just wanted away from his siblings. He was somehow able to convince Leonardo of this (potentially on account of Leo's historically bad judgement.)

The name Valentine he gave himself, with Krang 4 being a remarkably not human name.

He is the human equivalent of 17, and compared to his siblings rather small and with a more reasonably sized suit.

He is romantically interested in Leo though he's still trying to figure out how to socialize normally, having suffered pretty greatly from having spent the entirety of his life to this point isolated with his siblings.
