She stopped in her tracks, skin quickly flushing red when the man who had caught her eye started to approach. Almost out of guilt Ryuu’s gaze returned to the book in her lap, but she was left with nothing to do but face her misstep —face him— when he approached.
“A-Ah, he-hello,” she smiled, nervously, and tried and failed to keep herself from scratching at her hand. “Something I can— Something I can help you with?”
